Niebla

Niebla is one of the largest terras out of the others. It is located where the river cuts into a bend, and somewhat outside into a neighboring forest that brings you to the boarder lines of The Watering Hole. Here is where the royals live. They welcome all whom need shelter and rest, and allow their people to come to them if they need anything or are having trouble with a situation. Although, one cannot come to them and beg to be welcomed into their herd, the Royals are not fond of beggers and those whom worship them. Being a neutral brings modesty into the Royals, therefor they are welcomed to be looked at as equals.
